Sending samples by companies

Requesting companies should send a request letter with the relevant company's letterhead along with the sent samples, including information such as "sample type" , "sample code" , "requested analysis" and "contact number" 

Companies that intend to use the services of Cement Industry Research and Development Company for the first time, in addition to the above information, should mention the following items in the request letter for issuing an invoice:

"Economic Code" , "National ID" , "Zip Code" , "Address" , "Registration Number"

 Sending samples by individuals

Individuals should send the request letter and the picture of their national card along with the submitted sample

The request letter should include information such as "sample type" , "sample code" , "requested analysis" , "address" , "postal code" , "email address" and "contact number"

** Samples that do not have a letter of request will remain in the reception unit until the requester receives a written request and will not be sent to the laboratory.
